4.1 Nomination Guidelines

• Each nomination must be submitted via the official online form or approved channels.
• Submissions must be in English (unless otherwise stated).
• Supporting evidence must be verifiable and relevant.

4.2 Eligibility Criteria

• Open to individuals, businesses, and organizations meeting category-specific requirements.
• Employees of the Organizer or judging panel members are not eligible for awards.

4.3 Judging & Scoring

• Each entry will be scored against published evaluation criteria.
• Judging is independent and confidential.
• All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

4.4 Disqualification

• Providing false information.
• Breaching these terms.
• Engaging in unethical conduct during the awards process.
