• The name “Ceylon Laurels”, logo, event designs, and materials are protected intellectual property.
• Participants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted materials (including images, videos, and written content) for promotional and archival purposes.

1.4 Event Management

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify event categories, judging panels, schedules, or venues at its discretion.
• If unforeseen circumstances require event cancellation, the Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding any applicable entry fees.

• Participation is at the individual’s or organization’s own risk.
• The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event or related activities.
• The Organizer is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by participants.
