These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Global Synergy Awards and use of our related services and platforms. By entering, nominating, attending, or engaging with our website or communications, you accept these terms in full.

1.1 Definitions

• “Organiser” means the official management team of Global Synergy Awards.
• “Nominee” means any person, group, or organisation entered for consideration.
• “Participant” means any individual or organisation taking part in the awards, including nominees, sponsors, and guests.

1.2 Eligibility

• All entrants must meet the criteria in Award Rules & Eligibility.
• By submitting a nomination, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.

1.3 Intellectual Property

• The name “Global Synergy Awards”, logo, event designs, and materials are protected intellectual property.
• Participants grant the Organiser a royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted materials (including images, videos, and written content) for promotional and archival purposes.

1.4 Event Management

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify event categories, judging panels, schedules, or venues at its discretion.
• If unforeseen circumstances require event cancellation, the Organiser’s liability is limited to refunding any applicable entry fees.

1.5 Liability Disclaimer

• Participation is at the individual’s or organization’s own risk.
• The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event or related activities.
• The Organizer is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by participants.

1.6 Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka 
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Negombo.
